Frederick M. Shebester

FREDERICK M. AND CLARA LEOTA TESTER SHEBESTER

 

 

 

Frederick M. Shebester was born May 8, 1889 in Lakefield Township. His parents were Joseph and Barbara Novak Shebester. Fred married Clara “Leota” Tester on November 7, 1912 in Saginaw, Saginaw County, Michigan. Her parents were Charles E. and Margarett Evoy Tester.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fred and Leota's children were:

  1. Marvin Shebester was born May 9, 1914 and died on February 3, 1915 of intussusception.

  2. Charles Joseph Shebester was born December 7, 1915. He married Buelah Ludwick.

  3. Leona Rosetta Shebester was born July 7, 1918. She married Leslie Kellogg.

  4. Katie M. Shebester was born August 26, 1920 in Lakefield Township. She married Frank Adamcek.

  5. John “Jack” Shebester was born January 22, 1923. He married Leatha Gates.

  6. Marvin Frederick Shebester was born August 7, 1932.

 

Fred passed away on January 17, 1959 and Leota passed away o n January 28, 1987. They are both buried in the Lakefield Township Cemetery.
