George Brewer

GEORGE J. AND MARY M. DELONG BREWER

 

George J. Brewer was born 1846 in England. He married Mary M. Delong on April 14, 1877 in Fairfield, Lenawee County, Michigan. Mary was born in 1850 in New York.

 

George and Mary had the following child:

 

  1. Harry Able Brewer was born on January 19, 1878 in Lakefield Township. He married Rose DeBeau in 1902. Harry died on March 26, 1937 in Saginaw, Michigan. Both Harry and Rose are buried in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Saginaw, Michigan.

 

The 1880 Michigan Agriculture Census states that George Brewer owned 7 acres of tilled land and 68 acres of woodland and forest in Lakefield Township.
