Samuel Kelly

SAMUEL AND LOVINA DAVIS KELLY

 

Samuel Kelly was born in 1839 in Canada. Samuel married Lavina Davis on 17 April 1876 in White Rock, Huron County, Michigan by Justice of the Peace, Charles McKee.

 

Samuel and Lavina had the following children:

  1. David Kelly born in 1872 in Canada.

 

Samuel was elected as Lakefield Township Justice of the Peace on 3 April 1882.

 

According to the 3 June 1880 Agricultural United States Federal Census Samuel Kelly owned the following property in Lakefield Township: four acres of tilled including fallow and grasses; 85 acres woodlawn and forest; 2 working oxen and 1 acre of Indian Corn.
