FRANKLIN WARNER THOMAS

 

FRANKLIN WARNER AND EMMA M. MUDGE THOMAS

 

Franklin Warner Thomas was born on 13 May 1842 in Illinois. His parents were Lorenzo Dow and Rebecca Dickerson Thomas. Franklin married Emma M. Mudge on the 19 March 1898 in Ithaca, Gratiot County, Michigan. Emma was born in 1858 in New York; her parents were Peter and Agnes B. Morgan Acklery.

 

Franklin was elected as Constable to Lakefield Township on 1 April 1895. He owned and operated 80 acres in Section 26 on Grabowski Road between Merrill and Chapin Roads. His neighbors were George Stadler; Herman Hinterman; and L. Mayer.

 

By 1910: Franklin and Emma are living in Ithaca, Gratiot County, Michigan with their nephews, Oral and Willis Webster and niece,  Beulah Webster.

 

Franklin died on 19 June 1915 and is buried in the Ithaca Cemetery, Ithaca County, Michigan.
