FRANK EARNEST ENOS

FRANKLIN EARNEST AND MARY C. BASTEDO ENOS

 

Franklin “Frank” Earnest Enos was born 29 January 1859 in Coldwater, Branch County, Michigan. His parents were Rodney and Susan Winney Enos. Frank married Mary C. Bastedo on 18 December 1886 in Lakefield Township. Mary was born 21/22 August 1868 in S. Saginaw, Saginaw County, Michigan. Her parents were Gilbert and Caroline Bastedo.

 

Frank and Mary had the following children:

  1. Rodney G. Enos was born 1 August 1887 in Lakefield Township.

  2. Frank Peter Enos was born 8 June 1890 in Lakefield Township. He married Jennie Mae Russell in 1913. Frank died on 12 May 1953 in Saginaw, Saginaw County, Michigan. He is buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Saginaw, Michigan

  3. Oscar H. Enos was born 1893 in Tennessee. He married Rebecca Brooks on 29 June 1916. He died on 4 March 1968 in Glennie, Michigan. Oscar is buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Saginaw County, Michigan.

  4. Agnes Enos was born 1898 in Tennessee. Agnes married Edward Smith on 26 February 1918. They are buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Saginaw, Michigan.

  5. Charles E. Enos was born 25 August 1902 in Etheridge, Tennessee and died 15 March 1944 and is buried in the Lakefield Township Cemetery.

  6. Paul E. Enos was born on 29 August 1904 in Pulaski, Jiles County, Tennessee. He married Lillian Estep on 24 June 1934. Paul worked at The Lufkin Rule Company of Saginaw, Michigan for 38 years. Paul died on 13 December 1979 in Bay City, Bay County, Michigan. He is buried in Roselawn Cemetery, Saginaw County, Michigan.

  7. Thelma Enos was born 10 April 1910 in Decatur, Alabama and died on 22 September 1926 in Saginaw, Saginaw County, Michigan. She was 17 years 5 months and 12 days old when she died. She is buried in the Lakefield Township Cemetery.

 

Frank was elected to the following Lakefield Township offices:

  1. Elected as Lakefield Township Constable on 5 April 1886.

  2. Elected as Lakefield Township Constable on 2 April 1888.

 

Frank E. Enos was a carpenter by trade.

 

In 1900, Frank E. and his family are living in Civil District 10, Laurence County, Tennessee by his parents Rodney and Susan Enos.

 

In 1911, Frank and his family are living in Saginaw, Saginaw County, Michigan.

 

Frank E. died on 11 July 1931 in Saginaw, Michigan. Mary Died on 3 April 1939. They are both buried in the Lakefield Township Cemetery.
